Mahjong League: Gentle Creek Mahjong League [Evening]

🍽️ Each person will be charged weekly for the food bar as required by the club. Closer to the start of the league, Chef and I will curate a menu and I will send that out via email with our themes! The food bar is $30. The food bar will be setup weekly by 5:30 pm. We will eat dinner at the same 9 tables that we play on. You can sit at any table to eat. After you eat or by 6:15 pm we will clean up from dinner and then each table will setup their table for game play.
🕑 Play will last for 2 hours for all 4 games. If you don't complete the 4 games at the end of the timer each player will need to record a zero for the uncompleted games.
⏳ I’ll keep us on track with reminders so everyone knows where we’re at in the game flow.
🀄️ Each week you will be assigned a table to play with and you will be able to find your table assignment on the tracker, as well as, your current standing/score.

🧧 Subs: Just as a reminder it is your responsibility to coordinate a sub if you are going to miss a week. You are welcome to ask a friend, use the Facebook group, or reach out to someone on the sub list, which I have collected on a separate tab in the tracker. These are all just tools to help you connect with someone. Make sure that your sub is aware of the rules, expectations, as well as the food & beverage requirement from the club! Reaching out to me to help find a sub is a last resort and I will do my best. It can be difficult for me the day of league to coordinate subs but I will try my best if you need my help!
