Need a Sub? Here’s the Scoop! 🀄️

Just a reminder that it is each player’s responsibility to coordinate a sub if you are going to miss a league night.

You have several resources available to help you find someone:

• Ask a friend or fellow mahjong player.
• Post in the league Facebook group here.
• Reach out to someone on the sub list, which I have collected on a separate tab in the league tracker.

These are all simply tools to help you connect with someone who may be available to fill in for you.

Once you find a sub, please make sure they are aware of the league rules, expectations, and the club’s food & beverage requirement before they arrive. This helps ensure they know what to expect and keeps things running smoothly for everyone.

What if you can't find anyone?

Reaching out to me for help finding a sub should be a last resort, but I am always happy to help when I can! Just keep in mind that day-of league coordination can be especially difficult, and I may not be able to find someone on short notice.
